About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

The body is in great shape. This has a non-running L-134 flathead with a WWII head and a 1950s oil filter mount (probably a rebuilt engine). Tires look in good shape. Could be a good price.
The jeep appears in good shape, but the pics aren’t very useful.
“1947 willys jeep cj2a all original except 12 volt conversion. I have two original generators so it could be converted back to 6 volts easily. the jeep has the following rare options stewart warner gasoline heater, rear back seat, rear factory bumper/ hitch, side steps, front bug radiator screen, new stewart warner gauges the seats have been redone in black vinyl, warn locking hubs, the jeep is geared low with 5.38 gears for off road. it only goes about 45 to 50 mph its for off road or around town.
I have a tow bar and two power take off units one has two shafts one for the front and one for the rear the other one has just the rear output shaft. I have a clear new mexico title in my name it has been in Arizona and new mexico no rust anywhere. new best top new windshield which swings out for ventilation and the windshield folds down. there are a box of parts that goes with it 6 volt electric wiper motor and hand wiper motor, new motor mounts, new 6 volt coil and some other parts. the tires have some cracks and should be replaced, spare jerry gas can and side mount spare tire with cover. new water pump and fuel pump. the windshield frame and tail gate have the willys raised lettering. I have owned this for about 12 to 15 years its time let it go and let someone else enjoy it.”
This is a Boston Hardtop that looks in good condition. Not many of these on the West Coast.
“Hardtop for Willys Jeep. It is very well made. It is not a Koenig because the doors are suicide doors. It was on a 1946 CJ2A. It literally installs and uninstalls in less than 5 minutes. Six over-center clips to the rear tub and two wingnuts over the windshield and it is on or off. Very handy and very waterproof. Easy to lift off with two people. Suicide doors open right back to flush with the body.”
“I have a 1943 Willys MB438804. This is a parts jeep, look at the photos and read the listing before asking questions please. Jeep does not run. Frame, axles, wheels, drums, steering, and non running v6 ford motor. No transmission or gearbox, just what is pictured.”
“For sale is a rust free 1956 DJ-3A. This vehicle was a barn find. I had the only rust spots repaired already. I am open to offers on this Jeep, their are many additional parts / extra parts that come with this jeep.
Frame is straight. I have slowly been buying new parts for this. I have a new front bumper and some other parts. The rims are correct for this jeep, the tires are just old tires to move it around.
I have the hood, windshield, fenders, grill, extra hubs, brakes, tire carrier, and most of the interior. No motor, tranny, or t-case but I know where you can get them in the area. Jeep was originally a 2wd. I have the correct axles to make this a 4wd.”
“This is a project I picked up earlier this year. It is titled as a 1965 DJ3A and shows 55K miles. I believe it was a hybrid built for the UN. The chassis and undercarriage is military with 4wd, pintle hitch and bumperettes. It has been modified with a Chevy 283 that starts and runs good. The body is enclosed like the mail jeeps but this was never a mail Jeep. It needs brakes on all four wheels. It was a driver at one point long ago but a previous owner started to change out the brakes and it was never finished. It has oversized wheels and tires to make it a roller. Wheels and tires could be easily sold. I am downsizing and need the room. A great fun project for someone.”
