Love the trailer…never seen one
Probably a prototype trailer using the Willys pickup bed. Might have been cheaper to have an outside company build the trailers instead.
The practice of “repurposing/sharing what you already have”, prominent in the AMC years, seems to have roots way-back-when, too. Less development costs that way.
