Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. One of my curious questions again. Being that the Jeep was bought in 1959 from Metamet, and being a stock looking 1942 Ford GPW, did Metamet ever get into working on Newer 1950’s, 1960’s Jeep models?
That’s a good question. I have no evidence they did.
