No way , will only fit CJ5 (pre 1975 ) and M38-A1 .

I’m in agreement with Terry on this. The biggest issue (but not only issue) is that the CJ-5/M-38A1 windshield and cowl are wider than the windshield and cowl on CJ-3Bs and the other flat fenders. So, generally speaking, the flat fender jeeps use different top models than the CJ-5s/M-38A1s.
