I can’t remember who share this news, but the Whitco brand is being used once more as a soft top brand by Quadretec for YJ, TJ, JK and JKU Wrangler soft tops. Unfortunately, it does not appear that they will offer vintage tops under this brand.
Looks like a Bestop. Funny that they are just down the street from each other in Denver CO suburbs Louisville CO (Bestop), Golden CO (Whitco). Trademark probably expired on Whitco and BT snatched it up for a marketing thing. Perhaps? Not sure, just an interesting theory.
Barney, the USPTO website can answer that question, but I don’t have to research it right now. I’ll try to learn more later.
