“Up for sale is an original and unaltered 1967 Jeep CJ6. Specs: Dauntless V6, T86 trans, Dana 18 T-case, Dana 44 rear axle with factory power-lock and Dana 27 front axle. Frame is solid, body needs some work, motor did run at one point but it’s missing the carb and radiator which I still have. I do have spare parts to go with the jeep. It’ll need to be towed and I can help loading it with my tractor. An excellent candidate for a complete restoration project. $2500 or best offer, cash ONLY!”

The M-38 Rear Patches
Tom pointed out something I didn’t know. Some M-38s have patches along the top of the rear of the M-38 body over both rear vertical seams. This was a technical recommendation was the result of a problem caused by the weight of arctic tops, leading to the separation of the rear body seams.
