This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Because it spent most of its life in Nevada. If you are looking for that near-perfect Army (Navy/Marine Grey) Jeep, this is a No Brainer.
New components include; battery, air cleaner small (original goes too), electronic ignition with Dead Man antitheft switch, four 6 x !6 army tread tires, lights and electrical wiring harness, pintle hitch, fan belt, carburetor, driver side mirror, black upholstered seats, including removable rear seat, Army OD drivers seat (never used), fuel tank & cap, original design heater (in box), towing bar with light kit (in box). New overhauls on 4-cyl. go-devil engine, new transmission/transfer case (old pair go with jeep). So why am I selling it? I am too old (76) and too fat to get in and out of it easily. That’s all I can remember writing this.”
