Seller doesn’t know the difference between an overhead cam engine or a F-head Jeep engine.

It looks like a nice jeep. However, it may appear to be a prior purchase as there are Oregon Plates on the Jeep. So was the owner formerly in Oregon or is it a buy and flip it ?
Let the buyer beware per se on this jeep,
