Looks like it might be Forest Service green. Until recently, they painted all their trucks a non metallic medium light green.
Where I live, you see a few of their surplus trucks on the road.
Usually pickups, pickups with service bodies (guy in my neighborhood has a Dodge), S-10 Blazers, and the occasional Suburban.
Or it could be a standard Jeep color.under a lot of dust….
