1950 Willys Jeepster $4,500 Boyertown, PA

Information from seller:
1950 Willys Jeepster. This has been off the road since 1972, freshly pulled from the barn! This Willy’s is fairly original, the only major changes are tail lights and a notched rear gravel pan for different bumpers. Top was replaced in 69/70 and has held up extremely well! Drivetrain is all original, flathead six, and manual transmission with overdrive. Engine is tight but we haven’t spent any time trying to free it up but may break free up with some oiling. Body does have some rust and bubbling paint on the rocker area, but the doors open and close nicely and the floors look solid. We have the original tail lights, extra bumpers and stainless and side curtains. Title in hand.

A YouTube channel called Iron Trap Garage has a video of them pulling this out of its resting place. There’s a bit of video where they talk with the owner.
I’ve watched Iron Trap Garage for some years now, surprised they would invest in anything other than old 30’s Ford parts their specialty. One thing is for sure, they get top dollar for anything they sell, in so saying, the price on this Jeepster seems to be a good value. Based on the selling price, I would venture that they bought it for next to nothing.
There seems to be a lot of “Play Money” floating around, somebody with Deep pockets is financing these projects, for instance, the mill building they just bought, and the storage building they just built. self absorbed, and somewhat arrogant in their presentation, They treat their mechanic Steve like a peon, no respect, no respect at all. I think all this wealth and fortune will come back to haunt them. (my opinion)
