This was shared on OWF and I thought it was a fun video. I’m not a purist for all the details I think he does a good enough job for the scope of just showing how much fun these are to drive and own.
nice. 48 mph? haven’t driven mine that fast in 20 years.
At least Jay was honest about his limited Jeep knowledge. I am surprised he doesn’t own a better example. Considering the modifications and incorrect parts of his GPW, I have to wonder about the originality of his other cars. I can’t spot a mediocre 1906 Stanley Steamer restoration, but bubba mods on a ‘42 GPW are fairly easy to identify.
