Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. These are not rare. We see them in almost every antique store we go in. Average price is $20. There are at least 3 on ebay right now. However, one is complete with the candy and seal on the bottom which give info: ALL AMMERICAN “WILLYS JEEP” (Contents are candy pellets in the bottom). J. H. MILLSTEIN CO., Jeanette, PA. They want $190 for it. They made these for other vehicles also. Perhaps a dealership freebee. And a licensed item. I can’t imagine someone in the 40s or 50s paying much for this with such a small amount of candy in it.
