It’s very rough, but does appear to have a VEC windshield.
“I have a 40’s model Willys CJ-2A. I purchased it a couple months back and ended up buying another Jeep last week that I am going to use instead of this one. Jeep is complete minus tailgate, seats, and a carb. Was told it ran from previous owner. No title but a title can be had by filing antique with SCDMV. Jeep has rust in floors and the tub. It is repairable. Frame is good. All original drivetrain is in tact.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200.
Could have some value. Seller provides some great details.
“I have a 1951 jeep cj3a with a 283 small block Chevy on cj5 axles and cj5 t15 3 speed
The jeep is not running currently as I was working on converting it to a 3 speed manual and adding power brakes and power steering using a yj brake booster and cj5 power steering box
The 283 is a strong runner with power pack heads and vette cam with an edelbrock 4 barrel carb and torquer ii intake. It has an hei distributor and ram horn exhaust with knock off flow masters that exit under the doors.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
(07/6/2015) Could be a good price.
“Runs and drives , great for a person who wants to restore, newly reapolstered seats and converted to 12 volt system, been in my family since 1963.”
Appears worth a look.

“Early CJ2A complete with orginal LHead motor. Very restorable. Needs floor boards and bed, but the rest of the tub is very restorable. Has original airbreather clears, and seat frames. Will issue bill of sale.”
Maybe some value?
“Selling a project of mine. It’s a 1947 CJ2A Willys Jeep. The body and frame are pretty rough. Transmission and transfer case are not installed. Transfer case looks good but transmission needs to be rebuilt. The engine has been converted to a 4cyl Ford Pinto and has the adapter plate. Engine cranks over and everything works however wouldn’t start. Probably wouldn’t take much effort to get her started though. Oil and filter are fresh. New coil (has been converted to 12V). New starter motor.
Would be good as a parts vehicle or a project.
I do not have the title for it. ”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(05/13/2015) Doesn’t run.
