This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have a 1947 Willy’s jeep CJ 2A, it has the original 4cyl with 4 speed overdrive warn tranny, open front front end and power lock Limited slip in the rear, 11″ breaks, I’ve own it for 15+ years just now time to move on because of family, it’s been over the rubicon several times with no problems and other trails, needs a little TLC, but not much to get it back on the trail, neat little jeep, thanks”

“1948 Willys CJ2A It’s a “Lefty”. Moving Sale. Restoration project, ready for final assembly to build and paint as buyer wishes. Family owned for the past 30 years. Have some paperwork of previous owner history back to 1977, sorry no title. Engine rebuilt by Eriksson Industries in Old Saybrook, Ct., body restored by Continental Auto Body/F40 Motorsports in Portland, Ct., drivetrain gone thru by Brewster in Old Lyme, Ct. All the hard work done as pictures show, needs final assembly – have all parts, and final body work and paint. Reluctant to sell, but MOVING IN 3 MONTHS forces sale.
