“Hi, I’m helping my dad sell his entire collection of military jeeps. They are located in Baraga mi there in a barn with a concrete floor. They been sitting a very long time.They do not run. They need total restoration and there is alot of parts that come with them.

1st jeep is a 1963 M170 ambulance. It was from Nevada. In my opinion this is a extremely solid jeep. No rust areas it has the hurricane 4 cylinder engine that did run. The engine is not the original one though.

There are 2 1954 M38A1 jeeps. One (pictured) is a 2 seat hard top. The body is in good condition no rust out but at one time some rust repair was done. The engine ran great in this one. The other M38A1 is not complete. No engine or trans mission. Continue reading →

UPDATE: Price dropped to $3800.

(11/19/2017) It looks like this has two different types of Dualmatic hubs. Driver’s side has the dual lever and passenger the spin type.

Could be worth a look. Lacks an engine (f-head). Eagle was where I was living when I started eWillys in 2008.

“1953/M38A1.Military Jeep,Complete solid body “rust free”, rolling chassis straight, has original standard transmission and transfer case assembly, electrical system has been converted into 12volt system and replaced with tilt steering wheel column complete from 1987 jeep, 4inch, rollbar round tube cage, original axles, and 10×15 wheels and 31/12.5R15M/T tires. Note has “No” motor in jeep but has original engine disassembled for rebuilding. Selling as is. $2500.”
