This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Date feb, 25 1943 serial #215159 frame#215159. Runs and drives, Includes:combat wheels,43 jerry gas can,misc. extra parts. There are Some rust area’s, but over all pretty solid for the year.”

Will be at the Weare, NH, Military Show this weekend.
“This a a Ford GPW frame with a 45′ Willys MB body on it. Tub is in bad condition but restorable. Frame is in pretty good shape. It has an early GP/GPW scalloped front axle. It has a radiator but no power train. $850.00”
This has a V6 in it right now.

Looks like the front frame rails have been patched? I can’t quite tell for sure.

Numbers matching chassis with a new tub. Has G.I. tow bar and pintel hook. Reproduction .30 cal. machine gun with pedestal. Dash mounted rifle scabbard.”
