“Here we have a original WW2 slat grill jeep. DOD 12/12/41. has been in storage for many years. CLEAN FLORIDA TITLE. Is very complete and will need total restoration. HAVE ORIGINAL DATA PLATES.Very low serial number 103907. There jeeps are very hard to find and after restoration demand big money.
Also with this jeep are many spares like two jeep motors, generators,starters,carbs,and a spare body, transfer case and transmission parts. Extra fenders ,hoods and windshield frames. “Restored Willy’s MB. I am second owner, previously owned and restored by my uncle. Retrofit in 1950’s with M-38 electrical system for Korean War. Restoration, body work, paint and engine rebuild in 2004. New Front brakes and wheel cylinders. Tuned this spring. Recently rebuilt 24v generator, newer batteries, master cylinder, canvas (with doors) and newer batteries. This Jeep was always garaged, it is a great running well maintained vehicle. Used primarily for parades and military engagements. Have manuals, some spare parts. Receipts/ paper work available to confirm restoration and maintenance. 4819 miles since restoration.

“For Sale: 1943 Willys MB Open Jeep. No motor installed. A 1946 CJ2A motor will go with this jeep when it is sold along with many other spare parts including the original military windshield frame that has glass installed in it and all the brackets. The transmission, transfer case and driveline are all complete as shown. The jeep will need considerable work to get it back to it’s original configuration along with the following known items that are missing from the Jeep: The oil bath air filter assembly, the intake cross-over tube, the carb, the intake, the exhaust, the fuel pump, the driver’s seat, the fuel tank, the grab handles, the footman loops, the driver’s side rear view mirror and, I’m sure, many other parts I’m forgetting. I’m liquidating all my jeeps and would be negotiable on all of them if purchased collectively. This would be a great starter project for any military historian, father-son project or military vehicle collector.

Has lots of updates, looks in good shape.

“I am selling my dad’s 1943 Willys CJ2a. Jeep is really fun to drive. Looks good and drives really good. Has all the perks that people would want on these old Jeeps (over 75 years old)
Come look at it and you will not be dissatisfied.
Front and rear lockers
Front and rear PRP suspernsion seats recently upholstered.
4 point harness seatbelts and regular seatbelts if you want to drive it on the streets.
3.8 Buick 6 cyl evenfire engine with 4 speed tranny with twin stick transfercase and overdrive. Holley carburator and Hei distributor. Custom 12 gallon tank. Really nice set up done by the previous owner and we put less than 1K miles on it ( the jeep is a lil too tall for my 73 year old dad). Perfect runing order.
Hydraulic break and clutch and power steering.
33 inch tires with less about 1K miles. These are Swampers on 15 inch beadlock wheels. Spare tire is new on a tire carrier.
Fox shocks
Lots of body armor and boxed frame.
Really nice set up for a CJ2a.
My dad is taking offers. Please dont low ball. Make a good offer and the Jeep is yours. Clean title in hand.”

Runs and drives.

“I have a 43 willys that has been in the family for a long time. It is time for me to let it go. It runs with a stock flathead. Most things have been gone through and replaced over the years. It runs and drives great. It has a hard top with extra windshield to make it all work. It needs a few minor things. It hasn’t been registered in 30 years.”

“The serial number matches to ones manufactured in 1943. By what I can tell online, many army jeeps received a year designation when the were sold to the public, not when they were actually made.

This jeep was purchased by my Great Uncle in 1945 when he returned home from WWII. It has been in the family since. He and his brothers only ever used it to plow snow (there is a plow included if you want it).

The white top is a Korean War era top that they added later. 9,000 miles. Not a typo. It wasn’t driven much. (I’ll change it to the exact mileage later – I don’t have that info on me right now).

I HAVE THE TITLE. I know this is very important and many people don’t have the title for a jeep of this era. It costs $500 to replace a title.
