Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a 54 Willy’s pickup. Runs and drives great. 4 cylinder. Plow, new tires, newer leaf springs and shocks. New pistons and rod barrings. Would make a great restoration or drive it how it is. Frame and body are solid! Very clean A lot of fun to drive. Olny problem is some gauges don’t work and a little slop in steering. Can still get EVERY replacement part for these trucks. Have a nice original box to go with it to and a bunch of spair parts. Considering trades for Chevy nova or Chevy Vega or hot rods or muscle cars of equal value. Not interested in mustangs. Or sell 4000. Any questions please ask.”

“This great old pickup came from near Mandan, North Dakota. Mechanically sound. Starts, runs and drives good. Original 6-cylinder Super Hurricane engine. Original transmission, original transfer case with high and low ranges. Warn front hubs. 6 volt electrical system. 16 inch radial tires. Vacuum windshield wipers does not work, pocket are rough. Rear window glass and door windows are cracked. Please see photos to determine condition. Vehicle is solid and ready to enjoy as is or to be completely restored. Owner and service manuals and parts catalog are included.”

Unclear if this is $500 a piece or total. The multi-colored truck appears to have an original push bumper.
