Here’s the back end of another Tender spotted by the sharp-eyed Israeli bureau. I don’t know anything specifically about this Truck. The image was posted on the Jalopy Journal (entry #39) along with some Jeep Rod pics.
This might be an interesting project for the right person.

Here’s a nice looking truck.
“This is a fully restored 1953 Flat Fender Willys Jeep Pickup. This truck was taken down to the frame and was sand blasted and painted. Body and Box were taken down to bare metal, repaired and dents removed. It was re-assembled with all new brakes, brake lines, and master cylinder. The wiring is factory after market. The chrome has been cleaned and rechromed or is new old stock. Interior is new black vynil. The engine was a running 4 cylinder “Hurricane” removed from another not so fortunate jeep from the same era. It has Warren Hubs and new tires.”

“For Sale is my 1953 Willys Pickup with many custom features.Has a fully custom powdercoated fully boxed chassis with Mustang 2 frontend and a Chris Alston 4 bar setup in the rear with a Ford 9″.Is complete with 4 wheel disc brakes and rolling on 20″ Billet Specialties rear and 18″fronts.Cab is chopped 3″ with suicide doors and shaved handles with all electrics including remotes for the doors and also the tilt bed.Bed is custom and is able to be raised with 2 linear actuators,tailgate is also electric.Engine is a Chevy 350 with a 6:71 Mooneyham teflon sealed Blower running 9% underdriven.Has all the goodies and was built specifically for the street and is a very driveable reliable street driven truck. Has a Turbo 350 transmission with a Lokar shifter and is also setup with a 80 shot of Nitrous for that added get up and go.There are many things i have forgotten to add so any questions please ask.This was a 7 year build and I have the receipts for well over $55K.Paint is a PPG 3 stage with 3 coats of clear.Interior is leather with instruments and full custom owner made billet dash,door handles and safety latches for suicide doors.This truck has done very well at all shows and has been a popular choice at Hot August nights here in Reno.Thanks for looking.”

This truck is in PRISTINE CONDITION? Maybe I’m confused about what “pristine” means? Nope, I’m not wrong. Stock & Raw might be a better description. The price looks good.
