Cameron Oil Tools Ad
Roberto Flores shared this magazine ad, reprinted in a book.
Roberto wrote: “I have just scanned this image from “The American Jeep in War and Peace”, by Kurt Willinger and Gene Gurney, Crown Publishers. I love the image: at least for me it depicts my idea of jeep: adventure, freedom, friendship, nature… Although I have been searching for this at the net, I couldn´t find it.”
1955 Lift-o-Matic Hydraulic Tailgate Brochures
Here’s a second set of Lift-O-Matic Hydraulic Tailgate brochures.

1959? CJ-3B/Mitsubishi Poster/Brochure on eBay
Here’s an unusual brochure that folds out to a 16″ x 19″ poster. Price would have to drop for me to consider it.

“Original part color folder , 8 x 9.5 folded , 16 x 19 unfolded , opens to a poster .”
1959? Vehicles Doing World’s Work Brochure
Thanks to Ted for letting me borrow and scan this brochure. It will be the basis of the next poster, though I will be making some changes to it. I *think* this is a 1959ish brochure, as the truck/wagon windshields are still two piece, yet there is no DJ-3A Surrey.

1960 Aspen Jeep Travel “Little Percent” Brochure
UPDATE II: Here’s the full brochure:
- Front and Back cover:
UPDATE: Thanks to Andy for inspiration. I located a photo of the founder of Little Percent, Natalie Gignoux, in a CJ-3A. You can view some other, non jeep photos, here.
Natalie Gignoux (b1940-d2009) first opened the “Little Percent Taxi”, originally a jeep service to help folks around Aspen. In 1955 she bought a taxi service. In 1962 she sold out to another taxi service. In 2009 she passed away in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Some history (which I hope to wind into more of a narrative):

1962? Jeep Family Brochure
This one was on eBay. I thought I would win it on Sunday, but someone outbid me at the last minute. Anyone have an electronic scan of the folded-out page? I’d like to use it to make another poster similar to last year’s poster.

1973 Bobcat Body Ad
Jim shared this magazine advertisement featured in the August 1973 issue of Four Wheeler Magazine.
For comparison, two years earlier, in 1971, this ad below was published in PNW4WDA Region 1 directory.
A 1970 Four Wheeler article that introduced the Bobcat body to folks outside the Pacific Northwest featured this logo, which was used in both ads above.
