(07/06/2014) A project.
“I have a 47 jeep with title, the tub needs floors and is dented and rusty in spots. I found it on a ranch out by Ontario, it had been sitting since the 90’s. The engine turns over and holds compression but at the time it didnt have a carb so I didnt start it. I was going to just make a 4×4 that I could drive around, nothing fancy. I will part it out as it is complete, the front sheet metal is included with the sale as is the windshield. I removed them to facilitate and engine swap with a 4.3L Chevrolet.

“Own a piece of American History! I am sadly selling my 46 CJ2A Willys Jeep. Motor runs great. Body is in not too bad of shape because prior owner under coated entire thing. Excellent for hunting, ranching, farming and forest exploring. Motor has been converted to AC. Wanted to restore it someday, but just don’t have time. I also have military sticker kit. Has collector plates as I used to drive it on roads during summer. Have to see and drive to appreciate. Don’t let this one slip away.”

(05/17/2014) “1946 Willys cj-2a All complete, easy restoration. Solid frame, decent body for it’s age. Has a PTO on it. Have not started it, motor free and turns. Little bit of work and its on the road, or easy restoration. $4000 or best cash offer, listed on ebay also.”

“Completely new body, front and rear axles completely rebuilt, completely rebuilt transmission and transfer case; Completely rebuilt Buick V6 225 odd-fire. Brand new tires. 2.5″ lift kit. New exhaust, pretty mean sounding 🙂 Has about 5 miles on it. Firm on price. I hate to sell it but I’m getting a dumb f’ing divorce.”
