Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Peter rightly pointed out this is a Lefty. **SOLD** on eBay for $3156. A true ‘barn find’ It was parked for 44 years (1970-2014). Seller got it running and gauges worked.

Might want to look at the front frame rails on this one. The photo makes them appear off kilter a little. Seats look in great shape.

“I have two jeeps for sale. The first jeep is a 1943 willys military, This is one of the best bodies around. VERY LITTLE RUST. Perfect frame. Motor freshly gone through (flat head). 3 speed trans. The frame is perfect. The second jeep is a 1946 civilian jeep. This jeep will start up (straight 4) an drives (NO BRAKES). The frame is bad, and the body rough. It has a lot of good parts that interchanges with the 43. Lost interest, need to sale. $1500 obo”

(03/22/2014) I’m guessing that fan on the fender indicates there’s some engine work needed.
