“FIRST $600.00 takes it or an interesting trade. ASAP
Save this Willys. We have stored this inside for 20 years and outside for the last two and it is time to find it a good home. The hood and fenders (not pictured) are in good shape the tailgate, windshield, and body have been filled over the years. The Jeep has a small block V-8, which is a boat anchor, but the parts to switch are presumably there. It has only one wheel, the rest appropriated for other uses before we got it. I won’t give it away and would consider interesting trades. Consulting Jeep parts and restoration sites – the hood and fenders are worth something. It is not titled but the dash plate is there. 1943 is a guess. Half money from a restoration site for the hood, grill, fenders, and tailgate is $800. Plus the drive line, etc. is worth something. Don’t need to get all of that and would like to sell soon”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7500.
This has some upgrades, including the Hudson Steering mod.
“My loss is your gain! It is going to a good cause: college fund for a single parent’s child.
History: There have been only two previous owners; clear title is present. This CJ2A has been garaged over the past 5 years. It is in superb mechanical shape and runs like a charm. This has a warn overdrive, which makes driving so much easier and highway speeds possible. Hudson steering has been installed and makes steering a breeze. The engine has been totally rebuilt and retrofitted for unleaded gas. The oil pressure runs 40-50 psi. The following renovations and modification have been performed:

“i have a complete, but in quite rough shape 1946-1949 Willys CJ2A. exact year unknown because vin plate is missing. willys is complete with the original go devil flathead four cylinder. tub is quite rusty, and frame has some bad spots, but ive seen a lot worse ones restored. has many great little parts, and a very nice stock plow unit. its nearly worth what im asking in scrap value, but cant scrap a little piece of american history. it does not run, and has not for about 5-7 years. not sure if motor is set up. if it is, theyre not hard to disassemble. call, text, or email questions. its on my trailer now and can be delivered. if this posting is still up, its still for sale.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $5000.
