This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This is has square washers on the windshield, column shift, indents and full floating rear hubs.

This might have some value.
“1948 Willys CJ2a Project. No motor, no transmission/transfer case, no title. Body has been sandblasted and sealed in primer. Good axles, grille, hood, fenders, tub is salvageable. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
The paint job is unusual, but it looks like it could be a good price.
“Has original motor. Changed it to 12 volt. Runs, Drives. Slips out of 2nd gear and doesn’t have a parking brake cable. Comes with soft top with doors, jerry can with holder, locking hubs, hi-lift jack and CB radio
Also comes with extra set of axles front and rear. Fenders (little rusted), hood, Front grill window frame and drive lines.”

(02/14/2014) This has a serious frame break.
“1947 Willys Jeep. Buick V-6, 4sp, disc brake front end, wrangler grill, tilt wheel, new wire harness, solid floors – no rust, metal doors, nice seats. Good wheels and tires. Lots of money invested.
Runs good – starts right up.
Frame cracked at steering box.”
This appears to be a mix of MB/GPW and CJ-2A parts.
