Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Larry wanted to share some pictures of his jeep family. Their newest jeep is his wife’s new Grand Cherokee. To make room for a MB he wants, Larry is selling the maroon CJ-2A. I don’t have any more information on a price just yet.

This has no title. I’ve never seen a front roll cage loop installed like that.
“This is a mostly complete CJ2a. The drivetrain is there, but the body is rough. It is not in running condition, but the engine spins freely with a wrench. There is rust in the body. This could be the start of a new project, or used for parts. I do not have the title.”

Nice ’46 Willys CJ2A 4cyl. 6-volt. Recent starter rebuild. Runs great, not real fond of cold weather. Mostly stock, but has power steering, newer top, car tires, non-original paint some body work, and all the usual drips. (also modern oil filter). Located in Polson call( 88three-0two,eight 6) for info

(07/17/2013) The seller describes the body as a M-38 body, but it’s clearly a MB/GPW.
