(06/09/2013) This appears solid, though the dash looks a little odd.
“This Jeep is in excellent working order. It has been maintained, well-respected, and kept in the garage for at least the last five years that I have owned it. Primarily stock condition and mostly original, although various parts have been rebuilt or replaced with OEM.
This Jeep is ready and capable to hit the trails, be a daily driver, or be further restored to “museum” quality. It has spent most of it’s traceable life in Colorado and Arizona, so it has relatively minor amounts of rust (although the camera flash makes some dirt spots appear to be rust in the pictures).
Must see to appreciate the condition. It is a collector’s item that can still be very much put to use. It is difficult to find a Jeep this old that is in good condition and yet has not been significantly modified. That being said, a Jeep of this era will require some amount of tinkering.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
The motor runs and the jeep is drivable.
“1946 Willys JEEP, it runs and will drive but the brakes are not very good, the body needs extensive work, the frame looks OK, lots of surface rust but no big holes. The body extension is rusty and has a few holes through it. This is a project JEEP and may only be good for parts, you decide. Please ask questions before bidding. Thanks. Buyer responsible for pickup or I will help load on your trailer.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
This is a project. Note the full floating rear hubs.
“This is a good project jeep, it has original motor, doors, canopy, and seats. Replaced the front shocks and the tires are really good . The doors and canopy have to be cleaned up a little. The motor starts up right away. The gas tank has to be flushed and cleaned out. I have the two front seat frames that have to be done, the back seat is already done. The steering wheel does not belong to that jeep. The jeep is in black primer, its not perfect but looks good. I have the title and like I said its a project jeep. I am looking for a pickup truck or a Cherokee OBO or show me what you have”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1250.
The winch on the front might add some good value to this. No pics of it (but the levers on the dash suggest its electric).
“Cool old Jeep 4×4 with a flathead 6 engine, flat fender Jeep. Sitting for 20 years so it needs everything, it’s still solid! BIG winch on the front. Looking to see if there’s a good trade out there before I start going through it. Title in hand. ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
(11/19/2010) Well, it has a major scoop! This appears to have a M-38 or aftermarket body. I think the windshield is a MB/GPW.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
“Ohio title. The original engine was replaced with a f head 161 6 cylinder from a 50s wagon. Runs nice. The front cross member was cut to accommodate the bigger engine. Currently has a piece of steel bolted in place, it should be welded if you are going to do some serious driving. New floors were welded in over the old. Has new carb, wires, master cylinder, front brakes, speedometer, speedometer cable, fuel sending unit, turn signals added. It does not have fenders but you can buy them online from a variety of stores, kaiserwillys.com Currently has 12×33 ground hog tires on it. I have some orig. steel wheels but will have to swap them out if you prefer. I have not hooked up the other Gauges. If you are looking to switch it back to 4 cylinder I have an additional grill with shroud. It will need a new exhaust, leaks covered with muffler tape. 4 wheel drive works, sticks occasionally, Needs better seats. Glass is cracked. Needs air cleaner. I just drive it around the neighborhood. People get a kick out of it. Asking $2500 cash only. Please no spam, I don’t need help selling it. Thank you for looking.”
