Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The mounting of the radiator sounds unusual.
“For sale is a 1946 Willies CJ2a jeep. The jeep has been cut and stretched 2 feet in the door opening. It is lined on the inside. Has a snorkel 38 in swampers with bead lock wheels. Has a 350 Chevy with turbo 350 transmission. Also has an aluminum radiator that is mounted under the jeep above the rear axle.
