This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (01/23/2012) The body may be straight, but it looks like work has been done to the rear and to the passenger side.
“I have for sale a 1948 willy’s jeep. I am the second owner of this fine vehicle, The body is completly strait, At one time it was painted charcole grey poly metalic with hot pink pin striping. The sun has since faded it out, I have an extra roll bar, the orginal set of 6.50 16,s I have a set of 31-10 -50’s just for looks. I have an overdrive for it never was installed pieces may be missing. I have’nt driven it, for a many of years, It ran great when I parked it. I ‘m sure a lot of rubber hoses ect. must be replaced It was a great jeep, I hate to part with it, but it needs to go to someone who will fix it up to what it once was.”

“1992 4.3 Chevy V6. Throttle body injected, Muncie SN420 truck transmission. 4-Spd with compound low. 538 gears with lockers, disk brakes on front, power steering, Blazer tank in back. Painless wiring, 8,000 lb Warn winch, CB, new battery, 33″ tires, Kayline soft top, tow bar. Extra front fenders, and slave cylinder for clutch. Antique vehicle plates.”

“1948 Willys CJ3A original L-4-134 flathead engine. Runs and drives, 4wheel drive good, brakes good, tires good, coated with Rhino-Liner green. Pics tomorrow.Piece of body cut out for easier entry and exit.”

That windshield leans back a little far.
“his is a 1947 Willys CJ-2A with an F head (4cylindar) motor. Runs good, good brakes, excellent 33 inch tires, lifted, newer bucket seats and rear seat recovered, hydrolic parking break, power steering, Dana 44 rear with Detroit locker, 5:38 gears (low), custom tie rods, tow hitch. Rubicon proven. Extra transmission, transfer case, front ends, etc.”

“I have for sale a 1946 Jeep Willys with matching trailer that I have a title for as well as the jeep. Both titles are clear and in hand. Many new parts (too many to list).
