Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This runs and drives, but appears to have some rust in the driver’s side step (or that’s just a black mark). It might be a good price.

Smokes a bit until warm haven’t started it much in the past year
Tranny/transfercase and axles very solid, trany doesn’t pop out of gear like most do. transfercase shifts in and out of high and low 2 to 4 easily
Running gear is very,solid on this. I drove it around for nearly a year before deciding I wanted to restore it ground up. Illness forces sale now.
Very original condition.except has been converted to a 12 volt electrical system.

“it doesn’t run havnt tried to brake it free yet needs a gas tank. has locking hubs and a bill of sale. will trade for guns,dirtbike,motorcycle,fourwheeler, or ???”
The reason for the sale is sad, but it isn’t a great restoration.

Unfortunatly he passed on from heart attack! He is survived by his loving wife and two children, 12 & 10 years old!! The body has a top toll indent and a drain hole, but not fuel inlet. I’m going to guess there’s been some bodywork done.
