These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 Jeep Willys. 327 Chevy Small block, runs very strong! Lockers front and rear. PTO winch. Bikini top and full soft top with doors.”

Needs the engine reinstalled.
“I have the jeep you never see on the road its 1946 CJ 2a that has a rebuilt motor 0 miles on it but you will have to install it but i will also give you a spare motor i also have the rebuilt trans 0 miles on it. It has a nice soft top inc. There are lots of new parts for it but all you have to do is install the rebuilt motor and lot of parts but i almost have all parts to put it fully back together but once your done you will have an aweasome historic vicheal that im only asking 3000 for”

With a bumper like that, I wonder if this was a service station jeep or a vehicle pusher.

This must be on a DJ-5A chassis.
“1946 Jeep CJ2A, on a 1972 – 2 wheel drive frame with straight front axle. Has 3.73 posi-trac rear-end, 700R4 trans, power steering, has new low back seats not shown, 4.3 Chev V-6. This is strictly a project. $1.500.00”

This is a project. It appears to have a CJ-2A tool-indent body.

This looks a bit dented, but otherwise appears solid.
