About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I WILL NOT NEGOTIATE OVER FACEBOOK. If you don’t like the price. Come out and look at it, then we can discuss. Too many bullshitters on here. I have a 1946 CJ2A I’m looking to part ways with. It will need a FULL restoration. However, it’s a solid platform to build from. The frame has no rot. The Jeep rolls once air is in the tires. This one’s been sitting in my driveway a little over a year. Sold with notarised bill of sale.”
“1946 Willy’s Jeep, Project car or Decoration piece. Rolling project, no engine. Transmission, transfer case, driveshafts and differentials are there. Also the bell housing is for 350SBC (Small Block Chevy). I might consider selling the transmission separately. Will need fair amount of work. Depending on what you want to do with it. Tires are 30×9.5 R15 LT 6PR. On (Driver side rear tire was not holding air. I got tired of it and bought, brand new tire.) Sorry, No title. Just BOS. Price: $2250”
“1948 Jeep Willys CJ-2A. Original engine starts right up and runs great. Turn signals, mirrors and seat belts added within last year. Fully street legal.”

An arctic cab, engine crank, 6V window defroster, gasoline heater and various other parts. I have the Title. $2000 OBO.”
“1946 Willys CJ2A beautifully restored to it’s original color combination of Normandy Blue and Sunset Red. This collectors piece is the very first year for the Civilian Jeep. Virtually all original minus the steering wheel and right fender. Original rims(5) newly powder coated, seat springs, seat frames powder coated, gas tank, carburetor rebuilt and brass radiator just to name a few. Frame off restoration. All new electrical and brake system. Body was stripped to bare metal. Rare original PTO front winch.”

Have 1947 with title Tub had plate on saying 1954 took off to check and lost them in house remodeling . Did lots of work on it 11 years ago , new wiring , water pump, head gasket was leaking ( shaved head .015), fuel/water separator, new brakes and master cylinder, new muffler and homemade Bimini top.
Always smoked and not a lot of power, but plowed snow good. Daughter was driving it about 6 years ago and she said it started smoking and nocking and would not run right. Been sitting in garage. Since. Don’t have time to rebuild flat head motor or the cash right now. Block is in good shape.
I installed large bumper and boxed front of frame for snow plow, have original bumper. Added Reece hitch. It has PTO hook up but they never put leaver through floor. Decided need 24’ enclosed trailer instead….lol Have extra springs and steering linkage Did compression test 55,57,72 & 75 starting on #1 . Askin $2200 obo”
