UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $15,000!
(07/12/2012) Really Nice!
“Fully restored 1948 CJ2A Four Wheel Drive Willys Jeep.
Everything works and is in great condition, even has the original factory color!
This show Jeep is even an AACA (Antique Automobile Club of America) 1st Place winner!!!
Originally the Jeep came from a country estate in Pennsylvania and it NEVER had any rust on the body!
My Father did a full body off restoration 4 years ago and it has been sitting in his clean, dry basement (he drained the gas) ever since.
As you can see from the picture the vehicle only has 27.5 miles since he finished restoring it… this has to be one of the nicest Jeeps in the entire country!!!”
Needs waterpump. That’s a hefty bumper.
“HAS BEEN USED AS HUNTING VEHICLE, NEEDS WATER PUMP. HAS NO TITLE, IDEAL FOR RANCH VEHICLE WITH FOUR WHEEL DRIVE.
HAS TWO GUN RACKS.

“1947 Jeep CJ-2A Willys, civilian version jeep. I bought this jeep 12 years ago with the plan to restore. It was running when I bought it. Stripped, Sandblasted, new seals, New body mounts, new suspension, new exhaust and that is where I stopped. Jeep has been sitting either in garage or carport for 10 years. Still Turns over (with a wrench, needs wiring etc. ) needs the final restoration. Cool project and wish I had time to finish. Looking to trade for something usable for my family now. Jetski, running vehicle or even a new Deck. Reply via email with any Possibility.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $90.
Looks like a good price at $90.

I don’t exactly know why this turned up in my search today, but what the heck. I’ll post anyway. It is supposed to be Jewel Stainless, too. At least one conversion calculator puts the price of this at around $2400.

This appears solid. Is that part of a plow attachment under the frame near the rear part of the driver’s side spring pivot?
