(06/13/2011) “For sale a 1946 Willys Jeep that is in good condition. Has the original 4 cyl. engine, but has been converted over to a 12 volt system. Has a next to new custom fully enclosed soft top. The Jeep comes with a full set of street tires, and a full set of mudding tires. The Jeep was purchased by my folks to use for road hunting grouse, and they have owned it for a couple of years but no longer use it. Please note, although this Jeep is licensed and does have a title, it only goes a maximum of 45 mph on the highway. It was designed for off highway use. It does have a removable tow bar on the front, and heavy duty hitches on the back.”

“1946 Jeep Willys. Engine upgraded to 1966 289 out of a Mustang or Fairlane. Starts, runs strong, but carb needs to be rebuilt. Converted to 12V DC. Converted to power brakes. Front Winch Bumper with tow-brace. Built in capstan winch in bed connected to power-take off, so runs directly off the 289. Rear bumper is a tow bumper with tow-truck grade fairlead welded to the factory original angle iron bumper. Has built in air compressor tank and system. New Radiator. New Master Cylinder. Brake lines are cracked, wheel cylinders are frozen, so needs complete brake job. Does have rust, have original seat frames, driver’s side failed due to rust. Have Title. Been a project for me, but moving so would like to sell.”

“I have a 1948 CJ2A tub in pretty good condition. It was restored about 8 years ago but now has a few minor issues that need a little bit of work. The floors are all fiberglass so you could cut that out and replace the floor pans. Other that that it’s a really good start! It even has the original AX brackets still on the tub!
