This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This vehicle is located in crow wing county about 6 miles southeast of Emily. Has been at the cabin for 20 years and obviously needs some work done, engine/clutch/tranny all work great though. I have the title and vin numbers, tabs are way out of date and there is no insurance so you will need a trailer. $1500 or make an offer, I would also consider a trade for a new or like new Minn Kota Bow mount 12v auto pilot trolling motor 55lb.”

“1948 CJ-2A Willys Jeep with stock flathead four engine. Original drive train completely stock. New gel battery. Complete enclosure with doors. Front and rear tow bars. No rust on body. Been garaged. All reasonable offers considered.”

“This is my dad’s CJ. He bought it a few years back and never used it. It is one of the cleanest Willys you’ll see. It has a nice lift, small winch, rear locker, custom dash and seats. Candy Apple Paint, CB, a new top and doors. He just had the Carb professionally rebuilt but somehow it isn’t running right. May be the carb or how dad hooked it up??? Has an f-head 4 cylinder with a trick custom intake, 3 spd, power steering with saginaw box, Caddy titl wheel and more. He paid $5000 just a few years back and has dumped more money into it. He would like it gone this weekend so cash talks but seriously no BS offers this is a clean rig for the right guy it’s cheap too”
It doesn’t run.

(11/17/09) “Rebuilt Turbo 400 3-Speed Trans Auto Less than 500 Miles, Rebuilt Transfer Case Dana 18 Less than 500 miles, Rancho 5000 shocks, New Leaf springs, Chevy 350, Bikini Top, New 33×12.50×15 Tires, K&N Air Filter, Much More….. This is an OBO deal…I have owned this willys since 02. Have kept it in the garage when not in use. Runs strong always starts. I am moving and need $. This is an obo but i am not willing to drop to much. It has a tow bar.”
