This might have a 70s CJ-5 chassis.
“This is a 1948 Willy’s came from Wa.state used for 4×4 ing and rock trails it has a chevy V6 with a 44 rear end and a 30 front end lincolin locked,
What i’m looking for is a Jeep wrangler in good shape or $4000 or best offer interested parties only”
This looks pretty solid. It doesn’t run at the moment, but sure looks complete.
“This is a mostly original CJ2A that I purchased from a friend for $3,000 about 5 years ago. Body is clean and mostly rust-free, with the exception of the bed, which was rusting and covered with wood slats, which have since rotted out – bed it still intact, just needs work. Original straight 4 engine ran well before storing 4 years ago. I purchased brand new steering wheel and have a gasket set and 6 wheels/tires from a Willys pickup that will all be included. This is a classic post-war jeep (first civilian model) that would be a great restoration project or crawler project for anyone who has a little time/interest and know how. I’d like to keep it, but my wife is tired of looking at it. Can be towed or trailered (has tow rig on front).”
Not exactly stock, but looks in good condition.
“A VERY NICE 1948 WILLYS JEEP. AFTER 20 YEARS, IT’S TIME FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ENJOY AND CARE FOR THIS LITTLE RED JEEP. NOT A RESTORATION, JUST A VERY NICE PIECE OF USABLE AND DRIVEABLE HISTORY FOR NOT A LOT OF MONEY. THIS JEEP IS EVERY BIT AS NICE IN PERSON AS IT APPEARS TO BE IN THE PHOTOS.
