“Jeep has been in the family over 30 years and is looking for a family for the next 30 years. Mechanically has been fully gone over and runs and drives great. Dana 40 rear axle. Warn overdrive. Ford 2.3 4 cylinder. New Carb. New Fuel Pump. New Gas Tank. Great tires. Newer top. Clean Title.”

Matt spotted this. If I interpret this correctly, it includes a 1948 body and a fiberglass tub and other parts. This might be a good price.
“1947 CJ2A on wheels and 1948 CJ2A body with fiberglass tub. 2.3 ltr Ford Mustang motor and all brackets and plates to mount into a CJ2A body. Engine runs great and the 48 body has no rust on the hood, fenders, and grill. Will only sell all together.”

(07/15/2010) The seller doesn’t mention that this body has been stretched. I wonder if those are actually chrome headers rather than stainless headers.
