It has only been driven a few miles as an occasionally. The jeep has great floors is amazingly solid. I love this jeep. It’s running on makeshifts, prayers, and desperation. Just look at the battery location (below pic).

FOUR WHEEL DRIVE AND HIGH AND LOW AND ALL GEARS WORK GOOD. TIRES ARE 6.50X16 AND HAVE DRY ROT CRACKES BUT ALLWAY HELD AIR.STEERED GOOD BEFORE FRAME BROKE NOW STEERS HARD. CLUTCH IS OK. I USED TWO BATTERYS,12 VOLTS TO START IT AND 6 VOLTS TO RUN ON. NEVER USED THE LITES,HORN OR ANYTHING ELSE. I DON’T THINK THEY WORK….”

“1948 CJ-2A flathead 4 cylinder, 3 speed, Dana 44 rear, new disk break conversion on front, Chrysler steering column and gear box conversion, locking hubs, needs paint, drive it home today for $1850 as pictured. This jeep has clear title and serial number plates on firewall. ”
“Good start for jeep project. All original except is 12volt now. Motor runs, but needs rebuilt. Very little rust. I am interested in trading for running 1981-1985 Toyota 4×4, or Samurai, or VW bug.
