About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Attention Collectors & Mechanics. I’m selling a 1947 Willy’s Jeep in good shape for its age doesn’t run not sure what’s wrong and don’t know much about it. It was a family members who has since passed away.”
“This is an unrestored all orginal 1946 cj2a. It was found under the bed of a Chevy truck a few years back. It does run and drive but a few things would need to be updated if you want to use it for more than parades or a car show. I’ve been on the fence about parting with it just because I won’t ever find one like this again.”
“I am regrettably selling my 1946 cj2a, with a Koenig half cab. This Jeep is mostly original with original flat head. Converted to 12 volt. It has a rebuilt steering box, new water pump, rebuilt e brake. New seals, new Kaiser Willy’s seat frames with new cushions original tan leather, new gas tank, new fuel pump, new master cylinder and brake lines. Spare combat split wheel with matching tires.
Runs and drives great, I show it at events and do a vintage 4×4 run once a year so it is well cared for and never abused.
Not in a hurry to sell
Might consider a trade for a pre 75 ford ranger or c20”
“1946 Willy’s Jeep with V6 engine. Serial number CJ2A 452564. Southwest Jeep little to no rust. Converted to V6 engine. Tilt steering wheel and column what changed. No tail gate or seats. Was running 10 years ago when parked. Clean straight body, ideal for restoration or off road fun.”
“Just in time for hunting season perfect way to get around fun to drive. Jeep runs and drives as you will see when I get the video loaded and 4 wheel drives works as well. Will consider trade for a small tractor with a bucket and brush hog.”
“Its back up for sale. $ 2500.00 no paperwork. Motor runs great. Spray gas in it and lot drives.clutch is good. No noises in drive train. Will part out later this fall. Or might bring it to the Willys show in Asheville N C.”
