These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Here’s an oddly updated flattie. Note the headlight mods. Runs!
“Looking to sell my Willy’s jeep Original Flathead 4 cylinder / 3 speed trans with PTO I bought this jeep out of a barn where it sat for many years. I do not have a title for it. I put brand new correct style tires and a brand new carb on it. Several other odds and ends to get it running. It runs and drives as good as a Willys ever did.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $850.
Engine siezed. Has fiberglass body.
“1948 Jeep Willy has 283 Chevy v8 4 speed Muncie trans motor is locked up stock front and rear end stock transfer case and steering box is froze up $850 doesn’t have title fiberglass body fenders and good has good glass and windshield frame”
The seller was unsure what model this was, but I’d guess based on the body and grille that this is a late 1946-early 47 CJ-2A.

“Part of an estate so I know very little about it. It was kept under a tarp but the body is pretty rusty. Floors are the worst. Southern vehicle so underside is good. Photos tell the story. I don’t know much but will answer any questions I can. North Alabama”

“Rare “Early Civilian” 1946 Willy Jeep CJ-2A. Mostly stock with numerous original or new reproduction parts. Too much to list in new parts and restoration. This baby is a head-turner and car-show award winner. 3-speed plus high-low transfer case, 4WD with lockout hubs. Clean title. Original mileage is unknown”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $4500.

(11/10/2019) There might be enough room under that hood bump to fit a jet engine! Jeep appears in good shape.
“Complete restoration a few yrs ago. 119 miles on new willys engine. Have full vinyl enclosure w/doors. Will consider partial trade – have clear title. Located in A.Junction.”
Given the cage in the rear, it must have been used for hunting. No description provided.
