(10/08/2019) Look like a later 2A grille. Seller notes that it includes an L-head, but it appears from the pic that it is actually an F-head (that does look to have been rebuilt).

“1946 Jeep Willys CJ2A parts. Two jeeps, no titles, basic rust spots. Both have original vin tags attched. Both are rollers with enough parts to put one together. Three sets of rims, regular and white spoked. Rebuilt complete engine transmission and transfer case. 134-L head with GM alternator and power steering pump. Also early 40’s military grill. Fenders / hood / grill sandblasted (great shape no rust)
New floor boards / tub was stripped has repairs and filler
Underside looks in decent shape not much rust it was stored in a covered area.
Seat frames and tailgate have been fixed a few times / frame is rock solid no rust thru
