This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This appears to be a CJ-2A with a DJ-3A convertible windshield. It also may have some rare Thor hubs.

“Running 12v engine. No smoke, good idle and revs well. Oil pressure is 10# at rev, so the oil pressure is on the low side. I have a video of the engine running a week ago, but don’t want to go through trouble of starting it now. Includes Frame, fenders, grille, t90 transmission that spins free, transfer case (may not need rebuilt?), 2 axles. Original working starter and carter WO carb. Good radiator. Tires hold air…..The separate tub is sold extra. If you want to reduce price I can keep the transmission and transfer case.”

It has the axles, drive shafts, springs, steering sector, driver seat frame, passenger seat frame, windshield, hood, fenders, grill, l134 engine, radiator, transmission, transfer case, distributor, carb, starter, four original cj2a rims, rear hitch, and other good parts. The engine does turn over, not stuck, but is leaking above the distributor. There is a lot of parts for this type money”
