“In the interest of transparency, this is a resto mod, Jeep salad. If you are looking for an original, turn away. If you are looking for a well crafted reliable driver – well this may be for you.
The specs…..as best I can remember them:
1946 column shift tub. ACM is still present. Period correct tailgate with ACM as well.
1953 CJ3B chassis – fully blasted, boxed in critical places
D 25 front with 78 CJ bolt on caliper disc brakes. High steer tie rod flip set up. All new pretty much everything.
D44 rear – just built. Full floater early Warn kit. Disc brakes as well. Lock-rite locker. New.
D18 – later model 29 tooth with 1 1/4 shaft. Period correct Warn OD
Low miles L-head with a Scout Pilot top of the line carb and filter
Saginaw power steering conversion
12 volt conversion.
New clutch, resurfaced wheel, etc. All new.
Herm dual master. In fact every brake component is new. No really – every single part.
Beachwood canvas seats and tailgate chain covers. Custom matching covers in the trailer.
six new Swamper radials – 31×9.5. 1/2 tread spare on matching wheel
Body is all redone – no hidden surprises. See the build thread. Pasture green.
1951 Bantam-esque trailer. We never could determine the pedigree of this trailer. But nonetheless – completely redone with a custom tailgate added.
Tons of custom and uniquely tasteful mods – too many to list. “
