This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It’s a project.
“I have a started Willy’s jeep project for sale.
Running drive train on original chassis, and replacement body, fenders, grill, tailgate (also windshield from cj 3a).
Strong running motor, transmission and clutch that works perfect, there are no leaks as I already replaced some seals and gaskets. New 12 volts coil, alternator, rebuilt starter and water pump, plugs and wires, new brake parts including wheel cylinders, and brake shoes installed.
Everything that’s on the pictures is included. I have original tags and transferable registration. Thanks for looking.”

“I just pulled this old Rusty Willys out of the woods. Engine runs great, Freed up brakes, clutch is stuck, the selling price is for the engine and plow both in great shape. Jeep will need some work to plow. Body and floor work, clutch and brake work, etc. starts and runs does not drive because of clutch. $995 Firm or possible trades of similar value”

This jeep has been in project mode for a long time. My interests are elsewhere, and it is time for someone who will appreciate it to own it.
Here is what has been done:
Body off frame, underside coated with thermal and rust barrier. Interior coated with bed liner.
4.3 liter Vortec V6 with 4L60E transmission installed,
Dana 44s front and rear, Dana 300 transfer case, mounted via an Advanced Adapter.
Power steering installed.
Dana 44 differentials front and rear. Rear has new Dutchman axles, Front disk, power brakes, new brakes all the way around. Continue reading

“48 Willys flatfender jeep. all original except seats. very rust free colo. jeep. still 6 volt. original flathead 4 cyl. runs and drives good rebuilt carb new gas tank. good brakes. Shifts great. has had winter metal cab on most of its life.. so floor and interior great. all guages work. good clean colo title. It needs a new home with someone who wants an original 1948 jeep and will not trash it for a rock crawler or other crap. It has been in the family ranch a long time. So not for sale to just anyone.
