This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Civilian jeep barn find. Solid no rust. Original color red, painted olive drab 20 years ago. Starts, idles, runs, shifts food. Lots of work and dollars spent getting her running and road ready including engine overhaul, total brake work, suspension 12 volt conversion etc etc. clear Missouri title in my name. Driven on gravel roads and farm. Registered as historic vehicle. 20 year old tires still hold air. Speedometer and gas gauge inoperable. Great candidate for total restoration or drive and enjoy as is.”
