This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is an almost all original 1947 CJ2A Jeep Willys. Great shape for its age. Still 6v system. Painted as a military jeep but from what I can find it was one of the civilian models made just after WWII. I DO NOT have a Title.
New battery, plugs, wires, coil, rebuilt starter. Good compression turns over fine. I have not at this time of posting this have the motor running. I am currently working on it.
Carburetor needs rebuilt and transmission shifting arm need cleaned so it will go into gear. Needs some wiring redone. I am sure it will need fluids changed and would make a great authentic after the war era jeep.
This is a mix of parts. It has an F-head.

“I had no plans on selling this jeep, but need cash more than the Willys. It was modified for a movie.
The tub is a 1945 wartime MB jeep. It has newer tires, new glass, new regulator, and a newer rebuilt generator. It is 12 volts. The engine is a 1953 Hurricane engine. Has a T90 transmission. It is a driver, and is old, but is a blast. The carb leaks a little, but I have a brand new one that goes with the jeep.”

Nice looking jeep. It’s missing the rear bow holder and the passenger side reflector, but those are minor quibbles.
