These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (10/24/2017) The seller acquired about a dozen non-running jeeps. This is one of them. It looks to have a Kelly hardtop.
“1948 Willy’s CJ2A.. We have acquired a dozen or so older vehicles (mostly Jeeps) that would be great as parts vehicles or some that came with titles could be used as a project vehicle.. A lot of these parts are no longer made or come special order from companies at an extreme price.. Please see photos.. What you see is what you get.. The vehicles will need hauled as none of them are in running condition.”

It’s a project.
“I’m selling my 47 Willys project. I have no time to work on it. It’s complete. I figured this is a good time to list it because it’s been off the frame stripped and sealed. It ran fine when I stripped it, but it’s not currently running. I have all new wiring ready to go for it. I bought it from the original owner. The tub floorboards are the roughest. Everything else is solid.”
