This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. 1948 Willys CJ2 with a V2203 Kubota turbocharged engine conversion.
Dana 44 front axle with a detroit locker and 4:88 gears. All new (axles, Hubs, locker, gears, bearings) with heavy duty tie rod and drag link.
Dana 44 rear full floating axle with a Auburn limited slip with everything brand new also!
Transmission and transfer case rebuilt and overdrive added.
New front disk brakes and rear 11 inch drums with dual master cylinder and all new brake lines.
Saginaw steering conversion.
New modern wiring harness.
New Mastercraft suspension seats with 5 point harnesses and full roll cage.
5 New BFGOODRICH 31/10.5/R15s with new wheels
New gauges with EGT gauge and Boost gauge
New battery and radiator.

It appears to be a CJ-2A w/ an M-38 Body.
“Project flat fender. M38 military tub, upgraded F head 134, t90, Dana 18. Rear 44. Rare front bench seat. Will not take much to make a runner. Rear body crossmember needs to be recreated. Not pictured is roll bar I have for it. This is a project. Clean title. Text is best with my schedule. If you must call leave a message.”
Not sure there is much value in the body. Has the wrong grille. I can’t tell for sure, but it looks like the top *might* be a Blue Star.

This jeep no longer has it’s trencher, but it still has lots of parts.
