Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I’m not so sure about the way that steering unit is mounted on the front frame rail. I’d take a closer look at it.

(10/25/2017) Lots of mods on this “restored” CJ-2A.
“1946 willys jeep that is restored. This is a very nice and fun ride. This jeep runs drives and stops good. Me and my family have had alot of fun with it. Its got a great theme. Everything is basically been redone.Its got a 302 v/8 ford motor with a automatic transmission. It is a 2 wheel drive. It also has an updated ford drivetrain . The frame and body are still the 1946 Willys. I may would trade for a nice older chevy truck. 1972 or older. Thanks for looking. This is a fun head turner.”
Only the 3A is pictured. Looks like a good parts deal if nothing else.
