About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1947 Willys CJ2A Jeep. Great running condition. Super fun classic Summer 4×4. Was my grandfathers. All original, even original waxed canvas seats. Just serviced all fluids.”
“1948 Willys. Motor is Ford 200 6 cyl. Factory 3 speed trans and transfer case.
engine has been rebuild with rv cam. would be great project for restoration.

Body and floor has been patched. No wheels. Missing parts. I wonder what that picture is on the dash?
“1946 Jeep Willy for sale / restoration. It’s missing the tires / wheels as well as the radiator due to vandalism. All other parts are original. It’s a project that was sentimental but we won’t be getting to it any time soon so we decided to get rid of it. Great project for a vintage Jeep enthusiast.
Purchaser must be able to haul away on their own. We will not be able to assist. We do not have full pink slip so we will be filling out necessary paperwork.
$2,800 or best offer.”

(07/27/2016) “Good looking and great running 1947 Willys Jeep. Original engine professionally rebuilt in 2011 has less than 100 miles on it. Metal is all orignal as far as I know and all gauges work properly. Selling due to health problems. List price is below NADA average retail price. E-mail only and I will contact you.”
Despite the lost key and damage to the rear quarter panel, this still might be worth a look.
“I have a 1947 Willys cj2a Almost 100% restored where the tire mount is on the passenger side it has body damage there and on the tail light back passenger side it has no rust Ben kept indoors it has the original 4 cylinder 3 speed manual four wheel drive works top speed of 40 miles per hour it’s missing the connections from the starter solenoid to the batteries needs a battery and a good tune up I gave my father is a key for it before I went to the military and I don’t know where the key is so we’ll need a new ignition switch it is a fun Jeep to drive I don’t want to get rid of it but I’m looking for a minivan to trade 4 it has the original motor in it and not very high miles”
“Jeep runs good 4wd works has 2.0 motor no smoke has new brakes on back and I have new brakes for front to be put on some time. A little dirty in picture just got home from wheeling”
