About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
UPDATE: **SOLD** to an eWillys reader (thanks to this post).
This is a mix of CJ-2A and M-38 parts. The auction is Saturday the 10th.
“We are selling this nice jeep at an estate auction on Saturday the 10th. It will be held at the estate in Fountain Hills and I was told by the family that it was running but there was a fuel problem and that’s why the gas tank is out of it. Looks like all the parts are there, the seats are out but there and the fuel tank is there and some new parts. Over all the jeep seems to be in great shape.
it is sold as is but we can tell you all we know about it. The owner has died and the family are the ones selling off the estate..Thanks”

These old Willys are the quintessential Jeeps, more fun to drive than a Disneyland ride, a real E ticket. Makes more conversation and new friends than a jar of Planter’s Peanuts. These Willys are geared low, goes anywhere except the freeway(top speed 45-50mph). Has the “Go Devil” flathead 4 cylinder engine! THE MOST PERFECT beach cruiser ever made, fun in the sun! The vehicle that won World War 2, an historical icon. These are quite rare in good running condition and mostly original. $5500. Still sports the original 16 inch battle wheels! No Smog Certificate Needed. Cheap to insure and register. Kind of a no brainer for anyone looking for the perfect around town transportation that will put FUN back in your driving experience. Beats having porters carry your car across a mountain stream! ( see picture below) Compare with other restored Willys at 8-12000? This is a great deal!”
(11/26/2016) Has a 3B/DJ-3A windshield. Not title.
“Vintage Willys Jeep. I was told it is a 1948, but I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE. Was running a couple of years ago, but started backfiring last year. I was told it was in the manifold. All parts are there.”
“I have a 1946-1947 Willys flat fender Jeep cj2a tub, front fenders, hood and windshield frame that I’m not going to use. I will sell the package as a whole or part out.”
(09/13/2016) The Bed Extension looks like a permanent fixture rather than an aftermarket version. The last pic shows the walls of the extender appearing to extend into the bed.
“Runs excellent. Original other than wheels and tires. PLEASE CALL”
